UTSA Alumni Association set out for a rebrand to keep over 140,000 UTSA alumni worldwide forever Rowdy, tapping into the deep emotional connection alumni feel with their alma mater.

The new brand exudes the vibrant orange and blue spirit, leveraging nostalgia to celebrate what it means to be a Roadrunner. Intentionally crafted visuals and language inspire graduates to maintain their Roadrunner pride “for the long run.” The brand’s versatility shines from formal galas and events to casual gatherings and football tailgates, seamlessly blending elements and photography from the past to highlight the journey, progress, and potential of UTSA alumni.

My role within the creative team responsible for this rebrand was contributing to the brainstorming and conceptual development of the visual identity, ensuring the final design reflected the spirit and pride of UTSA alumni. Additionally, I established a comprehensive branding implementation system, creating guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
